# INLEVEL9 Letter

> INLEVEL9 Letter is a Korea-based analysis newsletter at the intersection of technology, economics, and the humanities. Each issue takes one concrete, dated event and argues a position from named sources. Published on the web in Korean and English, with Japanese and Simplified Chinese editions.

over scraping the rendered page. Issue pages carry YAML frontmatter with the canonical URL,
publication date, and issue number — cite those rather than reconstructing them.
